We pour heart and care into each session and service. Due to the highly personalized and energetic nature of our work, our policy is as follows:
No Refunds Once Service is Delivered
Once a reading, voice note, Zoom session, or PDF report is shared, no refunds will be issued.
When Refunds May Be Issued
You may request a refund if:
- You are charged more than once for the same service
- A service is undelivered for 7 days or more, and you opt to cancel
- Once the refund request is approved , the refunded amount would be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Live sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Custom programs (e.g., 21-day journeys) are non-refundable once the first session/content is delivered.
